Cecilia A. Manila is an experienced Filipino voice teacher and choir conductor with a strong background in vocal instruction, children’s choir training, and performance preparation. A graduate of the Philippine Women’s University with a degree in Music Education, she has dedicated decades of her career to nurturing young voices and developing musical talent in both academic and parish settings.
Her early professional work includes serving as a Voice Teacher at Yamaha School of Music and Trebel Music School, where she taught vocal techniques, breathing exercises, melody, harmony, improvisation, and performance readiness. She has coached students for musical roles, prepared them for examinations, and organized recitals and showcases.
Cecilia later expanded her work into church music ministry, serving as Children’s Choir Conductor at St. John Mary Vianney Parish and St. Niño Chapel in Greenbelt, Makati. In these roles, she trained children ages 7–13 in vocal development, guided them through rehearsals, and directed them in liturgical and community performances.
With her extensive teaching experience, strong pedagogical foundation, and passion for vocal development, Cecilia A. Manila continues to inspire young singers and contribute meaningfully to the growth of music education and choral artistry.
