He is a technical speaker and official delegate in various conferences and seminars such as Power System Maintenance in Doble Engineering Conference in Boston, Electrical Design Simulation Analysis on Short Circuit at San Diego California and Power Quality - High Voltage Power Factor Correction with Harmonics at Finland to name a few.

Mr. Vincent Jason "Jek" Peñalosa

Mr. Jek Peñalosa graduated BS Commerce from the University of Sto Tomas and later took a special course in audio technology from Digidesign Pro Tools Certification Program in California, USA. He is a certified Pro Tools Music and Production Operator (First in the Philippines, First in Asia).

He received his Level 3 Certification in Thermography through the Infrared Training Center of Sweden, Stockholm. Mr. Jek attended power system training and seminars from Bender systems in Germany, Doble Engineering conferences for many years, and attended various training in the power system in Asia, US, and Europe. He now works full-time as VP for Sales and Marketing of Westco Electrical & Equipment Corp.

Engr. Castro graduated Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines. He attended trainings on Variable Frequency Drive Control Methods & Applications, Condition Assessment of Electrical Equipment, Power Circuit Breaker Testing & Maintenance.

Some of his achievements in the field are Online bushing monitoring of two (2) units Power Transformer in XIAN ELECTRIC & NGCP (SUBA & AMLAN) substations), Comprehensive Transformer Testing with Dissolved Gas Analysis and comprehensive oil test of 3.75 MVA, 3 phase Power Transformer in Wyeth, Philippines.

Ms. Hope Pallones, RCh

Ms. Pallones graduated Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. she has twenty years of experience in chemical laboratory analysis. She has a solid background on ISO 17025, ISO 9001, cGMP based on PICS and FDA In addition, she has significant experience in auditing based on ISO 17025 and ISO 9001. Also a significant exposure in equipment calibration on the laboratory.

Extensive knowledge on quality control, good laboratory practices and good manufacturing practices. She attended a training on Condition Assessment through Laboratory Analysis by DOBLE Engineering.

Engr. Rafael A. Dimaculangan, MEng, ECE, CEM,CEA

Training Manager and Program Development Head

He is an Electronics Engineer specializing in Mechatronics Systems and Instrumentation & Process Control, with professional experience as a Senior Automation Engineer (PLC Programmer), Technical Manager, and Project Manager in various technology and engineering firms.

He earned his Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Engineering Management at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. He has also served as a Professor at National University–Manila and Far Eastern University College of Engineering.

Graduated Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines.

His engineering practice involves facility site surveys, project analysis which includes sizing of transformer, feeder lines, standard pole height and clearances of medium voltage primary lines. He also conducts and performs protection relay (numerous brands/models i.e. Siemens, GE, Schneider, Fuji Electric, etc. and functions) testing and commissioning, interpreting manuals, schematic and wiring diagrams, protection relay retrofit works and preparation of schematic diagram after the retrofit works. A seasoned Lecturer of PamavTech and currently Protection Engineer of Westco Electrical & Equipment Corp.

Engr. Pascual graduated Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technological Institute of the Philippines.

He attended trainings such as: SKM Power System Software Orientation, Building Wiring and Safety, Power System Loss Minimization and Load Balancing Seminar. He also handles the Electrical System Study of Universal Robina Corp BOPP Plant and UFLEX Plant 1, to assess the technical implications whether the electrical system complies with the minimum electrical standards such as Philippine Electrical Code and other applicable standards.
