COL XAVIER C. CELESTIAL (GSC) PA (RES), raised from a Musical Family, is a highly decorated officer of the Philippine Army, demonstrating a stellar career with the Presidential Security Group from 2001 to 2017.
Beyond his extensive professional history, COL CELESTIAL also possesses remarkable talent in the field of music. Colonel Celestial's legacy extends to his music career. A gradate of the Conservatory of Music, he holds a double major in BM Composition and Band Conducting, setting the stage for a harmonious dual career. He further fortified his knowledge with the acquisition of two Master's Degree from Philippine Christian University and the Development Academy of the Philippines.
COL Xavier Celestial is more that an outstanding officer; his dedication, musical prowess, and distinguished service exemplify him as a symbol of excellence and a remarkable figure within both the military and music communities.
