In-person Training
A 2-day seminar designed for participants who wanted to enhanced their knowledge and skills in managing construction works (project). The seminar consists of lecture, discussions, and tabletop exercises systems/processes needed to successfully complete a construction project.

At the end of this seminar, the participants shall be able to:

- Define the requirements and characteristics of each systems/processes
- Discuss the recommended tools and techniques of each systems/processes
- Apply these tools and techniques in managing construction works (project)
Day 1
This day will equip you with the fundamentals of construction project management:
- Introduction to Construction Project Management
- Construction Plannning and Work Breakdown Structure
- Construction Time and Cost Management
- Construction Procurement and Subcontractor Management
Day 2
You will focus on managing construction activities on-site:
- Construction Site Management
- Construction Site Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management
- Construction Project Monitoring, Reporting and Performance Control
- Construction Change and Management Claims
- Construction Project Closeout and Lesson Learned
Engr. Robert A. Mendoza, PME
Trainer - Construction Project Management
Engr. Robert A. Mendoza is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience in large-scale engineering and construction projects, both locally and abroad.
His project portfolio includes major infrastructure such as biomass-fired power plants, modular reformer furnaces, elevated flare stacks, and utility boiler systems. His leadership in project planning, design development, and execution has given him deep insight into construction workflows, cost estimation, field engineering, and stakeholder coordination—making him an invaluable resource in the field of construction project management.
He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (major in Energy Engineering) from the Technological University of the Philippines and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Engineering Management at Pamantasan ng Lunsod ng Maynila. Engr. Mendoza brings both academic rigor and practical expertise, making him highly equipped to guide participants in mastering the principles and best practices of construction project management.
