  • Module 2: Crafting the Vision

    • From goals to vision — exploration, boldness, and testing assumptions; drafting a vision statement that unifies the team

  • Module 3: Setting Strategic Priorities

    • Turning vision into 3–5 strategic goals
    • OKR/SMART goal-setting workshop (breakout exercise)
  • Day 1 Debrief & Reflection: "What's our real gap?"

DAY 2: ALIGNMENT AND EXECUTION

Misélle Bergonia is a leadership transformation architect, corporate trainer, and certified coach with over two decades of experience in leadership development, human resources, and image consulting. Her work focuses on helping leaders strengthen identity, emotional intelligence, executive presence, and communication, enabling them to lead with clarity, confidence, and credibility in complex organizational environments.


She brings a multidisciplinary background that integrates leadership training, coaching, behavioral
